World Book Day Competition Winners!
Following up from World Book Day, we're thrilled to announce the winners of our World Book Day competition - a school-wide event that challenged our students to produce their own book covers and bookmarks, bringing the stories from their minds to life in absolutely fantastic creations. It was definitely a hard call to decide the winners, so we brought in our Student Council! After a difficult deliberation, here are our winners:
Our Book Cover Champions are: Alyasa (Yr 2), Sumayah (Yr 3), Sumayah. M (Yr 4), Owais (Yr 5), Hafsah M (Yr 6)
And the awards for Best Bookmarks go to: Yasmeen (Reception), Hafsah (Yr 1), Tasneem (Yr 2), Ameera (Yr 3), Sulaiman (Yr 4), Imane (Yr 5), Zahra (Y 6)

World Book Day 2023!
Last week we saw our favourite storybook characters brought to life during a fantastic World Book Day! And it wasn't just the students who participated - even our teachers joined in on the fun as they wore garments inspired by their favourite fictional heroes. With Little Red Riding Hood holding her basket, to Harry Potter and Mary Poppins, we were thrilled to see such an exciting turnout. It definitely felt as if BHA had been ripped straight out of the pages of a fairy-tale!
