Barnet Hill Academy takes complaints seriously, we recognise that many areas of concern if dealt with promptly and quickly don't transpire to be complaints and thus it is our goal to deal with any concerns regarding any area of the school, its systems or educational provision as priorities and quickly.
If you wish to raise a concern or a complaint please speak directly with the appropriate member of staff this could be your class teacher or a member of the admin team. We would hope to be able to resolve all issues at this informal stage. If, however, you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the discussion please refer to the Assistant Headteacher, Shuayb Piripwala.
Our Complaints Policy is attached in the Parents > Policies section of the website or on request from the School Office.
We have received no formal complaints since our opening in September 2018 up until September 2020.
