Reception - Making a Motorcar!
Reception have been busy finishing their wonderful truck inspired by the story Mr Grumpy’s Motor Car. The children worked together to design, build, and decorate the truck, using a range of materials and showing great creativity and teamwork. They enjoyed revisiting the story, talking about the characters and events, and bringing it to life through their imaginative play. It was lovely to see their enthusiasm, collaboration, and pride in their finished vehicle.
Art Gallery!
Over the past week, the whole school has been busy creating a variety of beautiful and imaginative art pieces, which were proudly displayed in our very own art gallery. It was a pleasure to welcome parents into school to view the artwork and celebrate the creativity and effort of all our pupils!
Nursery - DT Drop Down!
Nursery had a wonderful time getting hands-on with clay as they created their very own hedgehogs. The children explored shaping, pressing, and adding texture to bring their little creatures to life, carefully crafting spikes and features with great enthusiasm. It was a fantastic sensory experience that allowed them to experiment, make choices, and express their creativity in a fun and playful way. Their adorable clay hedgehogs will make a charming addition to our upcoming art gallery display!
