Year 5 - Making Parachutes!
Our Year 5 students had a go at making and testing their own parachutes during their Science lesson, where they worked in groups to put together a fully-functioning parachute!
Year 3 - Making Cave Art!
The prehistoric art saga continues in Year 3, as this week they designed their own cave art using the skills and techniques they'd learned over the previous few weeks. The improvement in their work shines through, and we can definitely see all the effort they've made!
Year 1 - Using blocks to paint!
This week, our Year 1 students explored the innovative idea of using objects other than paintbrushes to paint! Equipped with blocks of Lego, our Year 1 students made dazzling and colourful patterns!
Year 2 - Instructional Writing!
Following written instructions is a key skill to have, one that our Year 2 students have been refining over the past week, where they followed a series of steps to make their own paper astronaut!
