Reception - Making Smoothies!

Reception had a deliciously fun and educational experience this week as they made their own smoothies! This hands-on activity was a fantastic way to develop fine motor skills through chopping, pouring, and blending. It also reinforced early Maths concepts, such as counting fruit pieces, measuring ingredients, and comparing quantities. Most importantly, it sparked great conversations about healthy eating, as children explored the taste, texture, and benefits of fresh fruits. A perfect blend of learning and nutrition — and the best part? They got to drink their creations too!
