Year 2 - Going on a Minibeast Hunt!
Year 2 enjoyed an exciting minibeast hunt, exploring the school grounds to discover a variety of small creatures! This hands-on activity helped bring their science learning to life and encouraged curiosity about the natural world.
Year 3 - Penpal Letters!
This week, our Year 3 students were thrilled to receive letters from their penpals at a school in France! The children loved reading about their new friends and learning more about life in another country, making this a very exciting and meaningful experience.
Be Bright, Be Seen!
The whole school took part in a fantastic Be Bright, Be Seen fashion show to raise awareness about road safety. Pupils wore bright and eye-catching outfits and learned important messages about staying safe near roads, all while having lots of fun.
Reception - Making a Motorcar!
Reception have been busy finishing their wonderful truck inspired by the story Mr Grumpy’s Motor Car. The children worked together to design, build, and decorate the truck, using a range of materials and showing great creativity and teamwork. They enjoyed revisiting the story, talking about the characters and events, and bringing it to life through their imaginative play. It was lovely to see their enthusiasm, collaboration, and pride in their finished vehicle.
