We are proud to announce, in the 27th annual Young Writers Competition 2018, from among 20,000 entries, 6 poems written by our school students have been chosen to publish. Alhamdulillah, this is a great achievement for the school and we pray Allah grants greater success in the future…
'ASHURA / 10th of Muharram
Abu Bakarah (r.a.) reported that the Prophet (s.a.w.) said:
“The year is twelve months of which four are sacred, the three consecutive months of Dhul-Qa'dah, Dhul-Hijjah and Muharram, and Rajab Mudar which comes between Jumadah and Sha'ban." (Reported by Al-Bukhari)
Hendon Mosque Food Collection
Hendon Mosque Food Collection will be taking place with collections being made at Barnet Hill Academy on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th September, 2018.
