Year 3 - Making Pneumatic Toys
Our Year 3 students certainly invested their critical thinking and creative thinking skills into their work where they made pneumatic toys - these were toys which operated through gas, or air, such as when the children blew up balloons. It was certainly an interesting lesson for our students to experience, and their final products are absolutely fantastic!
Year 6 - Trip to Claremont Park!
Our Year 6 students took a trip to Claremont Park where they enjoyed all the different activities the park had to offer. It was a lovely way for them to relax after working so hard for their SATs exams, and they thoroughly deserve all the fun!
Year 2 - Learning about positional movements!
It was great to see our Year 2 students learning about movement, position, direction and more during their Maths lesson as they took their learning to the playground outside! They incorporated words like left, right, forwards and backwards in their lesson, and it was great to see them explore what these words mean and how to follow different directions!
Healthy Early Years Silver Award!
Congratulations to our Early Years on obtaining the silver Healthy Early Years Award. After achieving the bronze level, our Early Years setting continued to thrive in pursuit of the silver award through different schemes such as healthy eating, toothbrushing and more! Well done to all our EYFS team, students, and parents for making this possible! And now we hope to go for gold!
