Year 4 - 3D Objects and Coding!

ICT skills are absolutely crucial in young individuals, as they learn how to operate different Microsoft systems, make PowerPoints and navigate them with ease, but they also allow children to bring a new level of learning to their current topics of study. For instance, our Year 4 students practiced making 3D objects on an online software which definitely got their critical thinking gears whirring.

Year 3 - Making Beautiful Windchimes!

Year 3's beautiful windchimes created a dazzling display in their classroom, reflecting against the sun's rays but did you know that windchimes are more than just the pretty products of arts and crafts but archaeological finds dating back more than 5000 years? Yes, that's right! Windchimes have a huge historical significance and it was amazing to see our students create their very own replicas!

Our Year 2 students tapped into this wealth of history as they constructed their own tapestries based off of the information acquired in their lessons!

Year 6 - Chilly Frozen Kingdom Displays!

Our Year 6's fabulous Arctic and Antarctic displays, as part of their new topic 'Frozen Kingdoms', are an absolute delight! These miniature versions of snowy plains and freezing habitats evoke the feeling of shrugging on a winter coat, and through the use of different mediums such as card, Lego, and more, our students' hard work and effort is prevalent in their immersive projects.
