Year 5 put their creativity and problem-solving skills to the test as they designed and made their own wind-powered pulleys! The children explored how wind energy could be used to power a mechanism, applying their understanding of forces and movement through practical experimentation. They had to think carefully about their designs, test their ideas and make improvements along the way. It was fantastic to see them embracing the challenge and developing their engineering skills through hands-on learning!
