Year 5 have been putting their scientific thinking to the test as they investigated water resistance. The children explored how different shapes move through water and considered which designs created more or less resistance. They made predictions, carried out their investigation and observed the results, developing their understanding of forces while putting their enquiry and problem-solving skills into practice.
