Year 3 have been putting their voices to good use as they began writing speeches for the Student Council! The children thought carefully about the ideas and changes they would like to see in school and worked on expressing their opinions clearly and confidently. They considered how to persuade their audience while making sure their speeches reflected their own ideas. It was wonderful to see our pupils developing their communication, leadership and public-speaking skills.
