All parents should fill in the School Meal Request Form so we are aware of which students are having school lunches and which are having packed lunch and can ensure any dietary requirements are met.
If you wish to make changes to your choices during the term, please re-submit the request form. Please be aware that we must receive this by the Thursday of each week to ensure the following weeks order is fulfilled. Failure to do so may result in your child not receiving lunch duly.
School Meal Request Form
Please check with your child to confirm what they would like and ensure that you keep a record of what you have ordered for each day within the cycle.
Each meal is specifically ordered for each day with numbers being given to our caterer a week in advance. School lunches must be paid for at least one week in advance to match this order.
The current cost for is £2.50/meal/day for Primary students and £3/meal/day for Secondary students.
It is important that you follow what you put on the form with regards to taking up a meal or providing a packed lunch from home.
Any parent/child who has not paid in advance will not be given a school lunch but parents/carers will be contacted and expected to bring lunch to school for their child.
It is essential that the school has up to date information on any specific requirements for meals and any allergies or medical conditions related to food. We have provided information about the allergens within each meal.
